Directions

~ Mix contents of one packet with 1/2 cup (4 fl. oz.) of cold water in a deep, microwave-safe bowl & stir well.

~ Microwave on high, uncovered for 1 1/2 minutes. (For a more "potato/mashed-potato-drier look" you can add more time in 20 second intervals & stir after each interval). Please note: Microwave heating times may vary.

~ Remove from microwave (caution, it will be hot). Stir well.

Smooth and Creamy

For various reasons, I need to consume soft foods for a while, and since I also need to keep my macros on track, I found these mashed potatoes, and I am so delighted!! They are easy to prepare, and I find them delicious. I deviate from the directions by putting them in a cup and adding hot water from my Keurig, stir, and they are ready. No need for the microwave. I will continue to buy them as long as they are offered on Amazon, which I hope is a long, long time!!

This is very filling when you eat it with,cheesesteak pasta, and it has 11 grams of protein.

Garlic Mashers

As a potato lover, this works well. I do mix a tblsp each of sour cream n whipped cream cheese which seems to make even fluffier n creamier. Probly could hv these for each meal, but for now will do variety of foods thruout the day🙃
