Proteinwise Bacon Cheddar Mashed Potatoes are a delicious and nutritious way to get the protein needed for everyday health and that your whole family will love. Made with real potatoes and high-protein ingredients and with less carbohydrates than regular mashed potatoes make them an ideal protein side dish.
~ Mix contents of one packet with 1/2 cup (4 fl. oz.) of cold water in a deep, microwave-safe bowl & stir well.
~ Microwave on high, uncovered for 1 1/2 minutes. (For a more "potato/mashed-potato-drier look" you can add more time in 20 second intervals & stir after each interval). Please note: Microwave heating times may vary.
~ Remove from microwave (caution, it will be hot). Stir well.
