Shipping Information

All orders over $69.00 shipped within the contiguous 48 United States will get FREE SHIPPING! (Not including applicable taxes). For shipping below $69 we offer a flat rate of $7.95 within the contiguous US. We also ship to Canada. Please see our Canada shipping details below.

At ProteinWise we strive to get your products to you as fast as we can. For standard shipping within the U.S., we use Fed Ex Ground, UPS Ground, and USPS Priority Mail to deliver your product in the most efficient and cost effective way. From our California warehouse, we typically ship via USPS Priority Mail where you will receive your delivery in 1-3 days (excluding Sundays). For larger shipments, we ship via Fed Ex or UPS where you will receive your delivery in 4-7 business days. 

You may choose to expedite your order for an additional charge. These expedited shipping methods can be selected in your shopping cart. Please understand that when choosing the expedited shipping options, the transit times are calculated by business days only. USPS ships on Saturdays whereas UPS doesn’t deliver on the weekends. *Please note when choosing USPS Priority Mail, this option doesn't come with a guarantee. 

We do offer shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands. The shipping costs to these locations will be calculated at check-out.

Delivery Details

We do our best to ship orders place by 2 PM PST Monday through Friday on the same day, but due to the heavy volume of orders we receive, this can change. If you need to ensure that a shipment goes out on a certain day, please call our customer service line at 866-887-1008 and we will see what we can do.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

Holiday orders are shipped on the first business day after the holiday.

FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. boxes so you must either list a valid street address with your order OR choose USPS Priority Mail for P. O. Box delivery.

Reminder….USPS and Fed Ex deliver on Saturdays and UPS does not deliver on weekends so please do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.

When your order leaves our facility, we take extra care in making sure that your package is in first-rate condition. It is our hope that it arrives to you in the same way. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. If your shipment is damaged, please contact us upon receipt of your shipment. Keep all merchandise including the box and packaging material for up to 7 business days as Fed Ex & UPS may choose to inspect the damaged merchandise. The merchandise will either be replaced or you will receive a credit once when the carrier has paid on the claim.

Please verify that the shipping address information provided to us is accurate as we are not responsible for shipping costs on any packages returned due to incorrect information.

We do NOT request or require a signature for any deliveries, however, it is solely up to the delivery person's discretion whether or not to leave the package without a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include with your package.

We are not responsible for packages left outdoors or unattended.

Warm Weather Shipments

During warmer months, there is the possibility that some products may soften or melt during transit, especially if left to sit at the shipper’s warehouse over the weekend. We promptly ship all orders from our temperature-controlled location but unfortunately have no control over a shipping companies delivery conditions. Because of this, we offer the following suggestions to help minimize the possibility of receiving melted or softened bars during summer delivery:

  1. Place your order earlier in the week.
  2. Reduce the transit time, by choosing expedited shipping methods.
  3. Avoid packages being left outside by having your order delivered to your work address or an alternative location such as a neighbor’s home.

No matter the shipping day, in an effort to help reduce the risk of melting, we do place a “Protect from Heat” label on all of our outgoing packages containing products prone to melting.

Should melting occur, there is a quick and simple solution. Simply place the unopened box of bars in the refrigerator for about an hour, minimizing the handling of individually wrapped products as much as possible. Items will re-harden with no loss of nutrition or taste, although appearance may be slightly altered.

Canadian Shipping Details

~All prices listed on our site are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.

~Free shipping options are not available for international orders. International shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination.

~It is important to know that Proteinwise only charges for product and shipping costs. Proteinwise’s prices do not include custom fees, taxes, and tariffs. Customers outside the U. S. may be subject to these extra fees which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is you, the customer, who is responsible for these additional fees.

~Because Customs policies differ from country to country, it is your responsibility to check with your Customs office before ordering to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and not returned to us, there will be no credit issued on your order. If the package is returned to us because of a wrong address, refused by customer, or refused by customs, we will credit you the product cost only. You will be responsible for the shipping cost.

~When placing an order with, you are considered the importer of record. Because of this, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any fees charged to due to non-compliance with your countries laws and regulations will be charged to you as the importer. If an item is returned to us due to non-compliance issues, any refunds due back to you will be for the merchandise cost less a 10% restocking fee and any other charges that may have been levied by customs in your country. These fees can include but are not limited to quarantine fees, shipping fees, or warehousing fees.
