This is my favorite protein cereal! The packets are perfectly measured. I love the cinnamon flavor (but I also add more cinnamon for my personal preference). I usually use almond or coconut milk with this or, if I am short on time I eat it dry right from the package. The 15 grams of protein give me a satisfying morning meal. And the packets are so convenient I even pack them in my suitcase to keep me satisfied and on track with my low carb lifestyle.
