1 Packet Vanilla Shake/Pudding Mix
1 Tsp Brandy Extract
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 Cup Water
4 Ice Cubes
Dash Nutmeg
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender on high speed until smooth. Pour into chilled glass.
My absolute favorite protein bar. It reminds me of thin mint Girl Scout cookie, yum!
This is one of my favorite bars, tasty and sweet without being overwhelmingly so.
These mashed potatoes are delicious and they really satisfy me when I have a carb craving.
