1 Scoop Any Whey Protein
1 2/3 Tbsp General Foods International Coffees Cafe Vienna
4 Ice Cubes
Directions
Put all ingredients into blenders. Blend on high for 45 seconds.
Alot of cake items have a weird taste but these are very good. Pricey but good for a special treat
I had surgery and I’m also a diabetic. I needed more protein in my diet to heal. These chocolate drinks are so good, with very low carbs to help my blood sugars stay down and help me heal. I recommend these drinks.
Good flavor and texture. Good amount of protein for the low calories.
