Quality Control

Arrive quickly, but I am concerned on the manufacturer packaging. There was product powder in the box. I have opened the first of 3 jars to discovered the jar was not fully sealed. This is the reason the powder was throughout the box and on the 3 containers. Manufacturing needs to do a better job of sealing the jars. I love the product & the company.

Love Mocha Joe - been using for yrs. just received 2 containers but had a lot of trouble opening. Was stuck & inside all charred as if in a fire. Not sure if contents are ok. Hope 2nd tub is NOT the same. Wish I could insert pic
