The flavor is good. Like the amount of protein. Having gsstric surgery, im always looking for foods with high protein low carbs. Depending on what your having if it doesn't have enough protein, sprinkle in the powder and mix it in.
Good flavor but do not cook for the 3 minutes, makes a mess.
This is the best soup on here. Flavorful, just add a bit of salt

I tried this and the texture was not soft enough I the microwave. It came out slimy and mushy then when I cooked it more, it became hard and the taste was not like a blueberry muffin. Maybe would taste better cooked in an oven?
