Healthy Pancake

Add seven or eight blueberries to this for a delicious little pancake. However, don’t expect it to taste like a real one, it is healthy. I love it with Walden Farms sugar free syrup.

Fluffy pancake

Fluffy pancake, filling. Agree with TJ (below) that you must have warm enough skillet to cook efficiently. We do add about 4-5 fresh small blueberries, and we use Walden Farms syrup (also on this site). Yummy low cal low carb breakfast.
