1 Cup Water
3/4 Cup Fat-Free Sour Cream
3 Cups Frozen Mixed Vegetable Medley
2 Cup Macaroni, Cooked
1/2 cup Low-Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
In a small bowl, combine soup mixes with water and mix thoroughly. Stir in sour cream.
In a large bowl, toss together vegetables, macaroni, cheddar cheese and soup mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until heated through.
