High Protein Muffins

Recipe

2 Packets ProteinWise - Vanilla High Protein Shake or Pudding - 7/Box

1 Cup Powdered Dry Milk 

1 tbsp Splenda

1 tsp Vanilla (McCormick)

3 Egg Whites

1 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 Cup (may vary) Water

2 Cups Berries

 

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Coat a muffin pan well with nonstick cooking spray.

Use paper muffin liners. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Let cool and serve.
