1 Packet ProteinWise Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
7/8 Cup Water
1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon
Start by mixing the dry ingredients together, then add the water and stir until a smooth consistency appears.
Prepare stovetop to medium-low and coat cooking spray on frying pan.
Then pour the mixture on the frying pan to make 3-4 pancakes.
Once the bottom of the pancakes are golden brown flip over to allow cooking on the other side until golden brown.
