2 tsp Margarine
2 Small Apples
2/3 Cup Brown Rice
1 1/3 Cup Water
Garlic Powder, to taste
Onion Powder, to taste
Melt margarine in a frying pan.
Peel and dice apples and saute in margarine.
Add rice, stir until browned.
Add water, soup mix, and seasonings.
Simmer 40 minutes, or until rice is cooked.
