1 Package ProteinWise - Vanilla High Protein Shake or Pudding - 7/Box

1 Cup Water

1 tsp. Cinnamon

1/4 Cup Low-Fat Cottage Cheese

1 Peach, Peeled and Diced

Directions

Place first 4 ingredients in a blender and mix on low until well blended.

Place in serving dish and garnish with peach slices.
