1 Packet ProteinWise - Apple Cinnamon Protein Oatmeal - 7/Box

1 Packet ProteinWise - Chocolate Protein Pudding - 7/Box

4 oz Water 

3oz Skim Milk or Water 

Direction

Prepare Apple 'n Cinnamon Oatmeal as directed on package.

In a separate bowl, mix pudding with skim milk or water.

Combine the pudding mix and prepared Apple 'n Cinnamon Oatmeal and mix thoroughly.
