I love the opportunity to sample various flavors and find a favorite. However, I made it more difficult because I loved them all!! I thought they all tasted like regular candy bars! Delicious 😋

I have tried many soups and actively dislike most. However the Cream Of Tomato is top notch. I hear 8oz of water in my Keurig then add the Tomato Soup Mix with Koyah Spinach Powder - one scoop - and blend with an immersion blender. Plenty of protein, low carb and a delicious meal all by itself!

I make 8oz hot water with my Keurig then add the Chocolate Protein powder and use an immersion blender to mix - absolutely delicious as a snack or even a meal.

This will be my new summer drink!

I love these protein wise bars. I have a whole box of different ones to get through and so for they are delicious!☺️

I am going to make this per directions for the shake and blend with 1.5-2 cups of ice in the blender for “ice cream”. Very reminiscent of the Orange Creamsicles I ate as a child.

I use this pudding with the chocolate chip pancakes to make chocolate peanut butter muffins, a low carb, high protein dessert.

If you don’t like mushroom soup, scroll past. But if you like cream of mushroom soup, this really hits the spot. It is excellent standalone or if you wanna add more mushrooms or some spinach or more protein in the form of cubed chicken breast really it’s an excellent soup to my taste.

Over the years I have tried every protein drink out there, including resorting to whey where I could manage the texture resulting in reduced protein by volume. This particular one has superior taste and texture packing protein.

We’ve tried all the flavors of these chips and the barbecue is our favorite.
