Returns and Exchanges

At Proteinwise, your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you find that you are unsatisfied with any item purchased from us simply return it within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Returning Unopened Items

All unopened items in resalable condition with undamaged box, bottles or containers will receive a full refund less any shipping charges.
Original shipping charges and the return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. In addition, we are unable to offer exchanges on returns, only credits.

All sample products that are purchased on our website will not be accepted for refund. We offer samples at a low cost so that you may sample our products before investing in ordering large quantities.

Returning Open Items

If you try a product and do not like it, we accept opened packages within 30 days of the time you receive the item as long as you have no more than one serving missing.

All opened items with no more than one serving missing will be issued a store credit. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return products. Once we receive your return, please allow up to one (1) week for processing. Your refund will be applied to the payment method used on your original order.

Return Policy Exception: Weather Related Damages

Love for Protein, Inc., cannot be responsible for weather conditions which could affect products once an order has left our premises. We ship all orders promptly from our climate-controlled warehouse, but extreme temperatures fluctuations during transit are out of our control. No returns, exchanges or credits are accepted on products that have been affected by melting or freezing. Consider choosing expedited shipping methods, or avoid having packages left outside by sending your order to another alternative location.

To ensure proper credit to your account, we recommend that you use FedEx, UPS or USPS for shipment returns. Please include a copy of the original invoice with the return with a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We must physically receive the return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Shipping Policy

We use various shipping carriers to ship your product in the most efficient and cost effective way depending on the size of your order and location. When your order leaves our facility, we make sure that it is in first-rate condition and do our best to ensure your items arrive to you in the same way. We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. If your shipment is damaged, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.

We are not responsible for packages left outdoors or unattended.

Shipping Times and Options

Orders placed by 2:00 PM PST Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be shipped on the next business day.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.
Holiday orders are shipped on the first business day after the holiday.
Any orders shipped to a P.O. Box will be sent via USPS, as UPS will only deliver to physical addresses.

Please note that most delivery services do not deliver on weekends or holidays. Please do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.

Shipping Rates
All orders over $59.00 within the contiguous 48 United States will get FREE SHIPPING! (Not including applicable taxes). For shipping below $59 we offer a flat rate of $6.95 within the contiguous US.

You may choose to expedite your order for an additional charge. These expedited shipping methods can be selected in you shopping cart. Please understand that when the expedited shipping options are shipped via UPS, the transit times are calculated by business days only.
Please verify that the shipping address information provided to us is accurate as we are not responsible for shipping costs on any packages returned due to incorrect information.

Warm Weather Shipments

During warmer months, there is the possibility that some products may soften or melt during transit, especially if left to sit in a shippers warehouse over the weekend. We promptly ship all orders from our temperature-controlled location but unfortunately have no control over a shipping companies delivery conditions. Because of this, we offer the following suggestions to help minimize the possibility of receiving melted or softened bars during summer delivery:
1. Place your order earlier in the week.
2. Reduce the transit time, by choosing expedited shipping methods.
3. Avoid packages being left outside by having your order delivered to your work address or an alternative location such as a neighbor’s home.

No matter the shipping day, in an effort to help reduce the risk of melting, we do place a “Protect from Heat” label on all of our outgoing packages containing products prone to melting.

Should melting occur, here’s a quick and simple solution: Place the unopened box of bars in the refrigerator for about an hour, minimizing the handling of individually wrapped products as much as possible. Items will re-harden with no loss of nutrition or taste, although appearance may be slightly altered.
