This is a great product for any time of the day. Cooks up fast and easy and has a wonderful flavor.

I have to be honest...

I have enjoyed all the ProteinWise products. However, I am sorry to say that the Bacon and Cheese Omelet is awful. It is extremely dry and tasteless and I even tried adding a real egg but it did not help.

No bueno.

When cooking in frying pay it becomes a leathery texture. When cooking in the microwave it has to be coverer or top will be leathery. I will not re-order.
