A great mid day protein boost

When the co workers are going for hot chocolate or another Mocha coffee, I use this protein boost to get me through the morning. It tastes better if you let it sit for a minute or two.

Perfect!

Loved every drop. Water temp is key when making it. Right before boiling point is best so that it does not become gritty

Great soup

Love this soup to use as my base. I add 2 cups veggies ( my favorite is roasting 2 cups then adding it to the soup), some umami seasoning, salt, pepper, and some Franks' Red Hot sauce. Let that simmer for 5 minutes, add some oil for good fat and you've got a super filling meal that is quick and GOOD!

Easy Meal

This soup is filling and versatile. Add any sautéed or steamed vegetable to it and you have yourself a meal. If you want a sauce use less water to make it thicker and poor over your vegetables using it more like a gravy. Also delicious just to add the hot water to on a cold day a sip.
