The flavor is great without being too strong. I tried it with a couple of different dips and it was wonderful! But what excites me the most is the crispiness a lot of low-carb chips have a powdery kind of texture that can be a little offputting. These are nice and crisp. They are definitely like popped rice chips, but quite enjoyable with things that you would normally want to chip for. I highly recommend them!
They taste OK very light fluffy. I would buy them again.
