Sweet Potato and Fruit Fritter

Recipe

1 Packet ProteinWise - Vanilla High Protein Shake or Pudding - 7/Box

1/2 Cup Cooked/mashed sweet potato or canned sweet potato

1/2 Medium Banana, mashed

2 tbsp Crushed Pineapple

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Nutmeg

Cooking Spray As needed

 

Directions

Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Flatten batter into 5 patties.

Turn stovetop to medium heat, coat a medium size griddle or frying pan with cooking spray, cook the patties until both sides are light brown and crisp.

Top with artificial sweetener or sugar free maple syrup if desired.
