Mock Mashed Potatoes

1/2 packet ProteinWise - Chicken Bouillon Protein Soup -7/Box 

8 oz Frozen Cauliflower

Directions

In a small saucepan, cook cauliflower according to package directions until very soft; drain. Mash with fork and add 1/2 packet of chicken soup.

Mix well.
