  1. Mix pudding/shake mix, water and apple juice concentrate until smooth.
  2. Add oil and vanilla extract; mix thoroughly.
  3. Add egg whites; mix thoroughly.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa and baking soda. Add dry ingredients to liquid mixture and mix until combined.
  5. Place in a greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
