A 38 calorie gluten-free, sugar-free, Non GMO cupcake.  This nutritious “snack cake” has 5 grams of fiber and 4 grams of protein and still manage to taste great with zero sugar and zero starch. More fiber per serving than average snacks and about two times more water weight which makes you feel fuller. Smartcakes® must be stored in the refrigerator for a longer shelf life and optimal freshness. If not consumed immediately, we recommend that you freeze or refrigerate them. If frozen, thaw on the counter for approximately 20 minutes or until soft.

A perfect piece of cake!

I have missed cake since I stopped eating high carb foods, and these were the PERFECT alternative! They have a slightly dry mouth feel, so it's not exactly like a piece of cake, but it's as close as any low-carb cake product i've ever tried! The chocolate taste is rich and satisfying, and the fact that you can eat both cakes for no 'damage" is so appealing. Ordering some of the other flavors to try in our next order, because I want to find my favorite, then I'm stocking up!

I have had other chocolate, low carb cakes, but this was by far the best one I've tasted.
