Flavor Good- But Issues

I like the flavor of this, but something is wrong with it. I can't get it to entirely blend even using an electric mixing device. Also, the mix gets freakishly hard, which makes me creeped out about what is in this. If it dries on something after being heated it's like glue, hard to get off.

Pumpkin Spice Latte - not as expected

I'm a huge fan of the Amaretto Latte but didn't care for the Pumpkin Latte at all. It is excessively sweet and has an off taste. Definitely did now meet my expectations.

I was so excited to try this but was extremely disappointed. I believe it was defective. The powder was clumpy when I opened it up and it would not dissolve. It was gooey and stringy. I emailed immediately but never heard back.
