I must say the gingerbread mug cake is amazing! Sometimes I make it in my mini waffle baker for an easy on the go breakfast with a cup of hot tea. Yum!!

If you love Ginger you will absolutely love this!

I make one of these every morning and have it with my coffee, it’s best if you make it in a little ramekin. Just add water and stir well, and pop it in the microwave. It reminds me of the gingerbread cake my mom used to make when I was a little girl. I will order more!

Taste great with no after taste. Need a little extra protein? We use egg whites instead of water. Gives it better rise and even more cake like. We already ordered again
