Great meal!

This lite mix is one of my favorites. Even great all by itself.
Only wish I could have 2 portions! Adding veggies on the side, makes it a fuller meal.

This entree is hearty and delicious! I always increase the amount of water by at least a 1/4 cup or more. When it’s ready I’ll mix in whatever leftover vegetables I have on hand. Great for these cooler days!
