Recipe

1/2 Cup Skim Milk

1/4 Cup Vanilla Yogurt

1/4 Cup Apple Sauce

1 Scoop Any Whey Protein

Pinch Cinnamon

Pinch Nutmeg

1/4 Tsp Vanilla

4 Ice Cubes

 

Directions

Put all ingredients into blenders. Blend on high for 45 seconds.
