Great protein snack

Mix this with liquid egg whites instead of water or milk - love it!

Good for snacks or recipes

I use the vanilla pudding as a snack or in recipes. The flavor isn't very strong on it's own, so I add a little cinnamon or vanilla when I eat it on its own. Filling and satisfying.

Delicious

This vanilla pudding is so delicious. I’ve added cauliflower rice to make a low carb rice pudding.
